Fairmont Shines at the WMCA Care Awards 2025

Fairmont Residential is proud to celebrate its success at this year’s West Midlands Excellence in Care Awards, where we were named finalists in four competitive categories. This recognition is a testament to the extraordinary dedication of our team.
Out of hundreds of regional nominations, Fairmont was honoured to be recognised in four key categories:

  • Excellence in Care: Registered Manager – Christelle Le Bray
  • Excellence in Care: Newcomer – Simon Childs
  • Dignity in Care – Kindness Chimezirim Ike
  • International Worker – Oluwaseyi Stephen Afolabi

Hosted by the West Midlands Care Association (WMCA), the event brought together care professionals from across the region to celebrate outstanding contributions in the sector. The evening was full of energy, inspiration and well-deserved applause for those who go above and beyond in their roles.

These nominations highlight the compassion, consistency and professionalism that define Fairmont’s approach to care. Our focus on person-centred support and positive outcomes is only made possible by the passionate individuals behind the scenes.

We are incredibly proud of Christelle, Simon, Kindness and Oluwaseyi, as well as the entire Fairmont team. Your work changes lives and this recognition reflects that.
Congratulations to all the winners and finalists from across the care community. We’re already looking forward to building on this momentum in the year ahead.
