At Fairmont Residential, we recognise that ongoing training and professional development are essential to maintaining the highest standards of care and support across our services.
Recently, members of our team, Chris, Leah and Olumide, attended Clinical Holding™ Training delivered by Patricia Sunday and CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute).
Clinical Holding™ Training is designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge required to safely and effectively deliver essential care and treatment when this is necessary and in a person’s best interests. The programme focuses on Care, Welfare, Safety and Security, helping staff develop the confidence and competence needed to respond appropriately in complex situations.
The training forms part of Fairmont’s wider commitment to investing in our people and ensuring our teams have access to high-quality learning opportunities that support both professional development and positive outcomes for the individuals we support. By continually developing the knowledge and skills of our workforce, we can ensure that care remains person-centred, responsive, and focused on the wellbeing of those who access our services.
We would like to thank Patricia Sunday and CPI for delivering the training and supporting continued professional development across the health and social care sector.
