Fairmont Residential is proud to celebrate the achievements of two members of our team who were recognised as finalists at the National Learning Disabilities & Autism Awards 2026.
Christelle was shortlisted in the Oliver McGowan Training Award category, recognising her commitment to improving knowledge, understanding and best practice through training.
John Nickless was shortlisted in the Outstanding Contribution Award category, acknowledging his dedication and the positive impact he continues to make within Fairmont Residential.
Although they were not named as winners on the evening, being selected as finalists at a national awards ceremony is a fantastic achievement and reflects the commitment, professionalism and passion they bring to their roles every day.
The National Learning Disabilities & Autism Awards celebrate individuals and organisations making a positive difference across the health and social care sector. To have two members of the Fairmont team recognised on a national stage is something we are incredibly proud of.
At Fairmont Residential, we believe that great care starts with great people. We are committed to investing in our teams, supporting professional development and recognising the dedication of those who work tirelessly to improve the lives of the people we support.
Congratulations to both Christelle and John on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you for your continued commitment to delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
